The interaction between Triggering Receptor Expressed on Myeloid Cells 2 (TREM2), a critical microglial receptor, and Apolipoprotein E (ApoE), the strongest genetic risk factor for late-onset AD, plays a pivotal role in modulating immune responses in the brain....
