Noodle is Helena Bioinformatics' public interface for biomedical literature discovery.

Research questions

Submit a research question. Noodle returns an ordered set of canonical publications, identifiers, and source-backed entity mentions. Each result remains linked to its source and provenance.

Know the boundary

Noodle provides read-only literature search, publication pages, normalized links, source receipts, and provenance. It does not synthesize clinical conclusions, evaluate a patient, or replace professional review.

Who owns what

Helena Bioinformatics operates Noodle. Literature Mining owns the corpus, retrieval, and ranking. Folklore owns variant interpretation.

Use Noodle with an AI agent

Noodle Biomedical Literature Discovery MCP exposes public literature search, publication records, and bounded citation or semantic graph traversal. Client integration instructions use one unauthenticated read-only endpoint.
