<h4>SUMMARY</h4> Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is a highly lethal cancer for which few effective therapies exist. Immunotherapies specifically are ineffective in pancreatic cancer, in part due to its unique stromal and immune microenvironment.
