<title>Abstract</title> <p>Senataxin (SETX), a putative RNA-DNA helicase, is recruited to transcription pause sites via the tumor suppressor BRCA1. Here, we define the mechanism by which SETX-BRCA1 resolves transcription-associated R-loops to prevent deleterious outcomes.
