Abstract excerpt
Isolated REM sleep behaviour disorder (iRBD) is a synucleinopathy characterized by abnormal behaviours and vocalizations during REM sleep. Most iRBD patients develop dementia with Lewy bodies, Parkinson’s disease, or multiple system atrophy over time.
