PURPOSE: Glioblastoma (GBM) invariably develops resistance to temozolomide (TMZ), necessitating novel therapeutic strategies. This study demonstrates that inhibiting exosome secretion with GW4869 remodels the glucose metabolic phenotype to suppress malignant behavior and reverse TMZ resistance in GBM.
