One of the hallmarks of cancer genome is aneuploidy, resulting in abnormal copy numbers of alleles. Structural variations (SVs) can further modify the aneuploid cancer genomes into a mixture of rearranged genomic segments with extensive range of somatic copy number alterations (CNAs).
