<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Daptomycin (DAP) is often used as a first line therapy to treat vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus faecium (VR Efm ) infections but emergence of DAP non-susceptibility threatens the effectiveness of this antibiotic.
