The bioaccessibility of phenolic compounds in five wild and two domesticated cereal grains found in Zimbabwe was determined. The wild cereal grains that were used in the study were Amaranthus hybridus, Brachiaria brizantha, Panicum maximum, Rottboellia cochinchinensis and Sorghum arundinaceum.
