<h4>Summary</h4> Mammalian haploid cells have applications for genetic screening and substituting gametic genomes. Here we characterize a culture system for obtaining haploid primordial germ cell-like cells (PCGLCs) from haploid mouse embryonic stem cells (ESCs).
