<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> RNA polymerase III (Pol III) synthesises tRNAs and other short, essential RNAs. Human Pol III misregulation is linked to tumour transformation, neurodegenerative and developmental disorders, and increased sensitivity to viral infections.
