Melanoma cells frequently utilize bleb-driven amoeboid migration to navigate confined microenvironments during metastasis. Through a morphology-based drug repurposing screen, we identified the anti-migraine medication dihydroergotamine (DHE) as a potent inhibitor of this behavior.
