DBCP was studied for dominant-lethal effects in male and female mice and for total reproductive effects in females. In males it was administered either intraperitoneally or subcutaneously while in females it was given only by the former route. No DBCP-related response was observed in either males or females indicating its ineffectiveness in inducing chromosomal aberrations or cytotoxicity in mouse germ cells....
