Overexpression of ApoE4[Leu261Ala/Trp264Ala/Phe265Ala] mutant (ApoE4mutC) prevents hypertriglyceridemia and promotes formation of spherical ApoE-containing HDL in ApoE(-/-) or ApoA-I(-/-) mice.
