We have examined the genetic stability of heteromyeloma cells both spontaneously and following ionizing radiation. Clones of E10 cells (SHM-D33 heteromyeloma X human lymphoblastoid) were examined for the stability of human immunoglobulin (Ig) production (mu, lambda), relative human and mouse DNA, and total DNA content.
