Utilizing the Citrobacter rodentium (CR)-induced transmissible murine colonic hyperplasia (TMCH) model, we provide mechanistic basis of changes in beta-catenin/APC/CKIepsilon leading to progression and/or regression of hyperplasia in vivo.
