<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> The human primosome, a four-subunit complex of primase and DNA polymerase alpha (Polα), initiates DNA synthesis on both chromosome strands by generating chimeric RNA-DNA primers for loading DNA polymerases delta and epsilon (Polε).
