<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> We determined amphotericin B (AmB) susceptibility and sequenced key genes of the ergosterol biosynthesis pathway implicated in AmB resistance ( ERG2, ERG3, ERG6, ERG11 ) of 321 clinical isolates of Candida auris .
