<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Cisplatin is a frontline cancer treatment, but intrinsic or acquired resistance is common. We previously showed that ASNA-1/TRC40 inactivation increases cisplatin sensitivity in mammalian cells and a Caenorhabditis elegans asna-1 knockdown model.
