<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> <h4>INTRODUCTION</h4> ApoE is a carrier for brain lipids and the most important genetic risk factor for Alzheimer’s disease (AD). ApoE binds the receptor sortilin which mediates uptake of apoE-bound cargo into neurons.
