<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Based on genetic studies, lysosome dysfunction is thought to play a pathogenetic role in Parkinson’s disease (PD). Here we show that VPS13C, a bridge-like lipid transport protein and a PD gene, is a sensor of lysosome stress/damage.
