<title>Abstract</title> <p>Background Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a heritable neurodegenerative disease whose long asymptomatic phase makes the early diagnosis of it pivotal. Blood U-p53 has emerged as a superior predictive biomarker for AD in the early stages.
