<title>Abstract</title> <p>Na<sup>+</sup>/K<sup>+</sup>-ATPase (NKA) is a membrane-bound ion pump that generates electrochemical gradient of sodium ion and potassium ion across the plasma membrane via hydrolyzing ATP.
