<h4>SUMMARY</h4> Enteric symptoms, including constipation, are hallmarks of prodromal Parkinson’s disease (PD) that can appear decades before the onset of motor symptoms and diagnosis. PD patients possess circulating T cells that recognize specific α-synuclein-(α-syn)-derived epitopes.
