Hyperhomocysteinemia and oxidative stress are increasingly recognized in pediatric malignancies, but their interplay remains unclear. We evaluated homocysteine metabolism, vitamin cofactor status, and oxidative stress in 90 children with newly diagnosed lymphoma before chemotherapy.
