PURPOSE: To investigate the genetic risk of late urinary morbidity after carbon ion radiotherapy in prostate cancer patients. METHODS AND MATERIALS: A total of 197 prostate cancer patients who had undergone carbon ion radiotherapy were evaluated for urinary morbidity.
