TSLC1 gene inactivation due to promoter methylation has been reported in several human cancers. Here, we investigated the expression of the Tslc1 gene and its methylation pattern in lung adenocarcinomas induced by N-nitrosobis(2-hydroxypropyl)amine (BHP).
