OBJECTIVE: Cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 2 (CYSLTR2) is one of the receptors for the cysteinyl leukotrienes (CYSLTs), which cause bronchoconstrictions, vascular hyperpermeability and mucus hypersecretion in asthmatic patients.
