A novel tumor cell line, denominated F6, was established from mutated human embryonic bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) which were induced by the GM-CSF and IL-4 in vitro. The characteristics of the F6 cell line, such as surface antigens, cell cycle, growth curve, gene expression, morphology, cytogenetics and tumor model were analyzed.
