Mutations of the phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten/mutated in multiple advanced cancers 1 (PTEN/MMAC1) gene were investigated in lung adenocarcinomas induced by N-nitrosobis(2-hydroxypropyl)amine (BHP) in rats.
