<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> The transcription factor RUNX1 is mutated in familial platelet disorder with associated myeloid malignancies (FPDMM) and in sporadic myelodysplastic syndrome and leukemia. RUNX1 regulates inflammation in multiple cell types.
