ObjectiveTo identify PIK3CA mutations and highly significant association between PIK3CA mutations and retention of PTEN protein expression in human breast cancer. Further correlations have been assessed between PIK3CA and lymph node metastasis, estrogen receptor α(ER), progesterone receptor (PR) and ERBB2 positivity.
