<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Ewing sarcoma (ES) is an aggressive childhood tumor. We have previously shown that tropomyosin receptor kinase (Trk) neurotrophin receptors regulate viability, and the pan-Trk and kinase inhibitor K252a restores sensitivity to chemotherapy, in ES cells.
