<h4>Aims</h4> Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is an inherited cardiomyopathy mainly caused by pathogenic variants in MYBPC3 and MYH7, encoding myosin binding protein C3 and myosin heavy chain 7, respectively.
