<h4>ABSTRACT</h4> Endoplasmic reticulum aminopeptidase 1 (ERAP1) is a polymorphic enzyme that shapes the peptide repertoire presented by MHC class I molecules and can regulate adaptive immune responses in cancer and autoimmunity.
