Background: TMS-007, an SMTP family member, modulates plasminogen conformation and enhances plasminogen-fibrin binding, leading to promotion of endogenous fibrinolysis. Its anti-inflammatory action mediated by soluble epoxide hydrolase inhibition contributes to the efficacy.
