<title>Abstract</title> <p>Parkinson’s disease (PD) is a progressive neurodegenerative movement disorder characterized by nigrostriatal degeneration and aggregation of α-synuclein (α-Syn) with accumulation of insoluble aggregates in Lewy bodies.
