Cancer immunoediting shapes tumor progression by the selection of tumor cell variants that can evade immune recognition. Given the immune evasion and intra-tumor heterogeneity intrinsic to gliomas, we hypothesized that CD8+ T-cells mediate immunoediting in these tumors.
