<h4>Summary</h4> This study investigated the structural basis of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) release and ion selectivity by Pannexin1 (Panx1). The microinjection of active SRC tyrosine kinase increased Panx1-mediated currents in Panx1-expressing oocytes.
