OBJECTIVE: The aim of this study was to determine the accuracy of noninvasive fetal RhD genotyping by fetal cell isolation from maternal blood. STUDY DESIGN: Candidate fetal cells from 18 pregnant women (one twin gestation) were flow-sorted.
