Soluble Fc gamma RIII in plasma is primarily derived from neutrophils and is a measure of the total body neutrophil mass. We have developed a new, sensitive 'sandwich' ELISA to measure soluble Fc gamma RIII in plasma and released Fc gamma RIII in cell supernatants.
