Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), fed for 30 weeks to rainbow trout after initiation with the hepatocarcinogen aflatoxin B1 (AFB1), produced a dose-dependent enhancement of carcinogenesis as measured by increased tumor incidence, multiplicity and size.
