Trifluoperazine (TFP) is effective in modulating DNA damage/repair in doxorubicin (DOX) treated cells. In the present study we have characterised the resistance phenotype of parental sensitive L1210 mouse leukaemia cells (L1210/S) adapted to grow in the presence of 0.017 microns DOX+5 microM TFP (L1210/DT).
