OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of droplet digital polymerase chain reaction (ddPCR) for detecting polymerase epsilon (POLE) mutations in endometrial cancer (EC), comparing it with traditional Sanger sequencing and next-generation sequencing (NGS).
