The intratumoral immune milieu is crucial for the success of anti-cancer immunotherapy. We show here that stromal modulation by the tubulin-binding anti-cancer drugs combretastatin A4 (CA-4) and eribulin improved tumor perfusion and anti-tumor immunity.
