α-Tertiary amines are a common motif in pharmaceutically important molecules but are challenging to prepare using asymmetric catalysis. Here, we demonstrate engineered flavin-dependent 'ene'-reductases (EREDs) can catalyze radical additions into oximes to prepare this motif.
