PURPOSE: Chronic neutrophilic leukemia is a rare form of myeloproliferative neoplasm characterized by mature neutrophil hyperleukocytosis. The majority of patients harbor somatic mutations of CSF3R gene and are potentially amenable to targeted therapy with JAK inhibitors.
