The control of inflammatory diseases requires functional regulatory T cells (Tregs) with significant Gata-3 expression. Here we address the inhibitory role of Tregs on intestinal tumorigenesis in the Apc (/Min+) mouse model that resembles human familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP).
