AIM: To study the specific features of de novo acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with FLT3-ITD mutation. SUBJECTS AND METHODS: The results of examination were analyzed in 101 patients. Bone marrow morphological specimens were stained with Pappenheim stain. The karyotype was investigated using the standard GTG-banding method.
