OBJECTIVE: To retrospectively analyze KRAS and BRAF gene mutation features in Chinese colorectal cancer (CRC) and their clinicopathologic relationship. METHODS: 557 colorectal cancer cases were collected, including 325 colon cancer and 232 rectal cancer.
